Off-Ramp At I-95 To Betsy Ross Bridge Closed Due To Emergency Work
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It could be a traffic headache for many tonight.
The Pennsylvania State Police say the off-ramp at I-95 to the Betsy Ross Bridge is closed as PennDOT is doing emergency work and checking issues with the overhead beams.
The work will last throughout rush hour and possibly into the night.
