'Occupy Philly' Protesters Briefly Disrupt City Council Meeting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The regular meeting of Philadelphia City Council was briefly disrupted this morning by members of the Occupy Philadelphia protest group.
About 40-50 members stood and shouted for about ten minutes just as Council president Anna Verna was about to begin the meeting.

Some protestors, in the mezzanine gallery, hung banners over the railing that said "Curfew = Jim Crow" and "City Hall Flash Mob."
Plainclothes police officers stood nearby but took no action.
Eventually the protestors left the chamber peacefully, still chanting as they left the building.
