Man shot by police officer in Northeast Philadelphia, authorities say
A man was shot by a police officer in Northeast Philadelphia on Thursday night, authorities said.
The shooting happened at the intersection of Holme Avenue and Willits Road at about 11:30 p.m., according to police.
The man was taken to a local hospital, police said. His condition isn't known at this time.
