NJSP: Bridges, Roads Closed Due To Flooding
TRENTON, N.J. (CBS) -- All of the information below was provided by the New Jersey State Police.
As of 3:30 p.m. today Thursday, August 8, two vehicular bridges between New Jersey and Pennsylvania were closed to all traffic. The affected bridges are:
The New Hope-Lambertville Bridge that links the downtowns of Lambertville, N.J. with New Hope, Pa. CLOSED due to a floating object striking the bridge deck.
The Centre Bridge-Stockton Bridge that links Stockton, N.J. with Solebury Township, Pa, CLOSED due to flooding on the bridge's access roadways; mudslide.
