NJ Music Teacher Charged With Sexual Assault For Spanking Student
FREEHOLD, NJ (CBS) – A Manalapan music teacher has been charged with sexual assault after investigators learned he was spanking a music student for his own sexual gratification.
Sixty-year-old Frank W. Dilberto, Jr., a guitar teacher at Musician's Workshop on Route 9, as arrested Thursday evening and with Sexual Assault of a child under 13 and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both second degree offenses.
Officials say the spanking had been going on over the past few months.
Dilberto is being held at Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $200,000 bail.
