Nick Young Recalls Story: Dolphin Tried To Kill Me And Take My Woman
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The time a dolphin tried to kill our old buddy Swaggy P and steal his girlfriend, rapper Iggy Azalea.
Swaggy P aka Nick Young, now a Lakers guard, rolled into the locker room on Tuesday night before their game with the Nuggets, late, just an hour before tip-off. Young proceeded to tell reporters the fantastical dolphin story.
"He was playing with everybody else, doing what dolphins do -- the 'ack ack' and all that," Young told reporters via ESPN.com, of his near-death experience in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. "It was my time to ride the dolphin. For some reason, he took me all the way to the bottom. He was trying to drown me. But I saw it happening so I jumped out of the water and took off the little life vest and threw off my little water shoes and stayed outside."
"He went straight down," Young said of the dolphin. "He was trying to kill me. I think he was trying to get on Iggy. He was a little friendly, kissing her and stuff. He was trying to take my woman."
Young was fined for being late by Lakers coach Byron Scott, but at least he's survived the dolphin attack. That's all that matters.
