Nick Foles Wins NFC Offensive Player Of The Week
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Eagles just made it two in a row.
The Eagles have their second straight NFC Offensive Player Of The Week, as Nick Foles wins the award for his performance against the Tampa Bay Bucs. Filling in for Michael Vick, Foles threw for 296 yards and three touchdowns, and ran for another touchdown. Foles did not turn the ball over in the Eagles 31-20 win over the Bucs.
Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson won the award last week for his performance in the Eagles win over the New York Giants.
Foles is the likely starter on Sunday against the Cowboys as Vick continues to recover from a hamstring strain.
