News Organizations Want Juvenile Court Proceedings Opened For Autumn Pasquale Murder Case

WOODBURY, N.J. (CBS) -- A Family Court judge in Gloucester County, NJ is considering a motion to open to the news media the proceedings related to the murder of a Gloucester County girl last month.
Judge Colleen Maier is being asked by lawyers for several newspapers and the Associated Press to open the door to hearings involving the death of Autumn Pasquale.
Two Clayton, NJ neighbors, ages 15 and 17, are being held as juveniles on murder charges.
Prosecutors plan to seek waivers to put the two defendents into adult court, where all proceedings would be open anyway. But sources indicate the formal application for that waiver has yet to be filed.
