NEWARK, Del. (CBS) -- Street parking in Newark, Delaware is going high-tech. The city is getting rid of its parking meters.
They will be replaced with kiosks that take credit cards and license plate numbers.
Drivers can also use an app to pay for parking that will notify you when your time is running out.
