PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE - New Year's Live.
We've all seen the clock tick down in Times Square, but New Year's Eve is just as big in other parts of the world. The New Year's Live app lets you experience that excitement with live Webcam feeds from locations ranging from Amsterdam and Tokyo to US cities that traditionally don't get a lot of attention this time of year.
It's a unique way to start 2014 off a bit differently.
