PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board today cut the ribbon on a new "Fine Wine and Good Spirits - Premium Collection" store in center city Philadelphia.

The 7,700 square feet of retail space at 21st and Market Streets are laid out in colors: blue for  spirits, orange for wines, and green for the "premium" and "chairman selections."

The store is in the district of state representative Brian Sims (D-Phila., below), who says he supports the state's control of retail liquor sales.

"The work that gets done here literally helps our schools, helps our seniors, and helps this state's bottom line," he said at the store's opening.  "So thank you all very, very much for being here.  I expect all of you to drink responsibly, but I expect all of you to buy your booze in center city!"

The new store, located at 2040 Market Street, replaces one that used to be in the 1900 block of Chestnut Street.
