New Jersey Transit Unveils Tool To Let Passengers Track Crowding On Trains, Buses
TRENTON, N.J. (CBS) -- New Jersey Transit has a new tool for passengers concerned about overcrowding because of COVID-19. The agency unveiled a new feature on its app that tracks how full trains and buses are in real-time.
Red, yellow and green icons tell users if ridership is heavy, medium or light.
The goal is to let passengers know what to expect so they can practice social distancing.
