New Jersey Police To Receive More Body Cameras
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- More South Jersey police officers will be hitting the streets equipped with brand-new body cameras.
Police in Glassboro are already wearing them.
$566,000 in just released grant money will help 37 additional law enforcement agencies across the state purchase their own equipment.
Officials say roughly half of the state's police departments have body cameras or are in the process of acquiring them.
