Search Continues For Missing Burlington County Teenager
FLORENCE TWP.,N.J. (CBS) -- A $10,000 reward is being offered for information and the safe return of 18-year-old Sarah Townsend of Florence, NJ.
Burlington Township Police, aided by nearby departments and volunteers, have been searching for Townsend in and around Sherman's pond on Green Acres Park. Her car was found there Monday.
"Sarah we love you, we want you to come home home", pleaded her mother Laurie at police headquarters Tuesday.
"We're offereing a ten thousand dollar reward", said her father Roy who could barely contain his emotions.

A police search has been called off, though police found Sarah's purse and cell phone in the car that her boyfriend found Monday morning by Sherman's Pond in Green Acres Park, police say there is no evidence of foul play.
"Everything leads us to believe she's alive", said Lieutenant Bruce Painter.
Sarah's mother was the last to see her around 7 a.m. Monday morning leaving her Florence Township home for school.
She is a senior at Allentown High School in Monmouth County, New Jersey where her father works.
