Authorities say the April 1 brawl at the 40/40 Club started when 31-year-old Tony Wilson Jr. of Neptune refused a security screening and assaulted a security guard.
An off-duty officer working at the club was sprayed with a chemical substance during the brawl. Another officer suffered a deep head laceration when Wilson's 24-year-old brother, Tyree, allegedly hit him with a liquor bottle while their father, 52-year-old Tony Wilson Sr., held the officer.
Tyree Wilson also allegedly choked a police dog during the brawl.
