Neighbors Want Accused Molester Jerry Sandusky, On House Arrest, Kept Indoors

LEMONT, Pa. (CBS) -- Pennsylvania prosecutors are seeking changes in the bail conditions for former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, after receiving complaints that the accused child molester has been watching young children from his back porch, where he is on house arrest.
The attorney general has requested that Sandusky's bail conditions be changed so that the is confined to the inside of his home, unless he is getting medical treatment.
According to papers filed by the prosecution today, Sandusky's neighbors and several individuals from a nearby elementary school have expressed concern after repeatedly seeing Sandusky outside, on his back porch, watching children at a nearby playground.
Late last month Sandusky's attorney filed a request asking the Centre County Court to loosen Sandusky's bail restrictions, to allow him to see his minor grandchildren with adult supervision.
Sandusky is accused of committing at least 52 sexual offenses against children. He denies all charges.
