Tractor-Trailer Flips Over, Spills Lumber Across Lanes Of NJTP
MANSFIELD Twp., NJ (CBS) -- Crews responded to the scene after a lumber tractor-trailer struck a box truck and overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike Friday morning.
Chopper 3 was over the scene of exit 6 where lumber can be seen scattered across the lanes.
Officials say the right and outer lanes are still closed for cleanup. The roadway is expected to completely reopen by 12:30 p.m.
Authorities say the driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
