Trump's 'Nasty Woman' Comment Sparks New Line Of Merchandise
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- When Donald Trump called Hillary Clinton a "nasty woman" during the third presidential debate, he probably didn't expect to start a fashion trend.
But as it turns out, it's a moment that has resulted in a feminist movement and a whole lot of merchandise.
What many saw as a derogatory comment has become the battle cry for Hillary Clinton supporters, who are proudly wearing the phrase.
"This was the first real moment where it seemed to strike a chord with people," said Jamie Dillon, co-owner of Print Liberation, an online political T-shirt shop based in Philadelphia.
The store's "Such a Nasty Woman" shirt is their best seller ever.
"We just power through it," Dillon said. "We've been printing for two days straight."
The Internet has exploded with a variety of Nasty Woman items, including coffee mugs, key chains, bags and buttons.
