Mother, Daughter Stabbed During Domestic Dispute In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police say a domestic dispute led to the stabbing of a mother and her daughter early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened at about 12:30 a.m. inside a third-floor apartment in the 2100 block of N. 17th Street in North Philadelphia.
According to investigators, the incident began as a domestic dispute between an unidentified male and his girlfriend. During the altercation, investigators say the male stabbed his girlfriend in the chest.
The victim's daughter then intervened and was stabbed by the suspect in the arm.
Both victims were taken to Temple University Hospital where they are listed in stable condition.
So far, no arrests have been made. The double stabbing remains under police investigation.
