Missing 13-Year Old Delaware County Teen Found Dead
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Missing Delaware County teenager Cayman Naib has been found dead according to the family.
The Delaware County District Attorney's office has confirmed that Naib was found near a creek on the family's property.
The family made the announcement that Naib had been found dead on Facebook on Sunday. The 13-year-old was last seen at his Newtown Square home on Wednesday night.
The family revealed that Naib had received an email from school regarding a failing grade and that he ran out of their home following the news. Naib was in the 8th grade at the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr.
The school will hold a memorial vigil in memory of Naib at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 8th.
There has been no word from officials on a cause of death.
