The largest kite festival in North America begins on Friday at noon with the "Unlocking of the Ocean," then continues with a night-time illuminated kite-fly at 9 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, the nation's best stunt kite-flyers take to the beach for the East Coast Stunt Kite Championships. There will also be kite workshops and exhibitions all weekend.
