Mayor Nutter Raps With The Roots

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- At the Mayoral Inauguration party at the Pennsylvania Convention Center the Roots served as the house band, until they were joined by a special guest.
In the spirit of the night, Mayor Nutter joined the Philadelphia-favorite, legendary Roots crew to belt out his rendition of 'Rappers Delight.'
