Former Sixers Great Maurice Cheeks Recovering After Health Scare In Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Former Sixers great Maurice Cheeks is recovering after a health scare here in Philadelphia.
Cheeks was hospitalized after suffering a medical problem on a flight to Philadelphia.
He hasn't said exactly what the problem was.
Cheeks spent 11 seasons playing with the Sixers and coached the team from 2005 to 2008.
He's currently an assistant coach for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
