By Mark Abrams
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- SEPTA says service on the Market Frankford El is now back to normal after the Philadelphia police bomb squad investigated a suspicious package found on the underground platform at 8th and Market streets late Tuesday afternoon.
Officials say the package was trash that had foil covering some of it.
PATCO trains which stop at Eighth and Market were briefly held up by the incident.
SEPTA says there may be residual delays on the Market Frankford line as trains resume.
