Manhunt Continues For Suspects In Deadly Carjacking Crash That Killed 3 Children

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say two suspects are still on the loose after a carjacking crash killed three children.
Detectives say they are working on several leads and tips, but at this time no arrests have been made.
A father is in pain and a community is outraged.
"Taking innocent lives, that's my son. You took him away for me. Turn yourselves in."
Captain James Clark said, "I've been in the homicide unit six years and this is one of the most saddest cases that I've come across."
Police have identified the victims as 15-year-old Keiearra Williams, 10-year-old Joseph Reed and seven-year-old Terrence Moore. The children's mother, 34-year-old Keisha Williams remains in critical condition at Temple Hospital.
A once $60,000 reward has been increased to $110,000.
Deputy Mayor Everett Gillison says, "If you know the persons that did this, you have to be able to look yourself in the mirror and say 'do the right thing' and turn these folks in."
Police say shortly after 11 a.m. Friday morning two suspects carjacked a woman, a 45-year-old real estate agent, at gunpoint in the 600 block of Cumberland Street.
The suspects drove the stolen SUV, blew a tire, lost control and plowed into a crowd.
A witness says, "I saw these kids on the ground. I saw a woman on the ground crying."
Three siblings were killed in the crash. A 65-year-old family friend was also injured. The children's mother and carjacking victim are in critical condition.
A community member says, "No one deserves anything like that. Have a heart and turn yourself in."
A $110,000 reward was extended after John McNesby and the Fraternal Order of Police offered an additional $10,000. The reward expires at noon Monday.
