Man Sought For Questioning After Delco Students Report Picture-Taking

WAYNE, Pa. (CBS) -- The Radnor Police Department has released a sketch of a man they want to talk to in connection with a suspicious incident outside a school in Wayne (Delaware County) last week.
Police say they've received numerous phone calls from residents after releasing information about the incident on Monday, April 8th, outside St. Katharine of Siena School, on Aberdeen Avenue.
A 10-year-old student reported a white van, possibly an older model Ford Econoline, with a man inside taking pictures of students with a smartphone.
Radnor police lieutenant Andy Block says the student was able to give police a pretty good description:
"He's described as a white male, mid twenties, with light brown spiked-type hair, wearing black squared-oval sunglasses. And he had a white sleeveless shirt on at the time of the incident."
On Thursday, police say, another student told them he saw a blue van with a man inside wearing a ski mask looking at children. Police don't know if the two incidents are related.
Block says a blue van was also spotted recently outside a school in Tredyffrin, just a couple of miles away from Radnor.
