Man Shot In Oxford Circle
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police say an 18-year-old man was shot in the chest Sunday night in Philadelphia's Oxford Circle neighborhood.
The shooting happened on the 1300 block of Gill Ham Street.
The victim was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center. His condition was unknown Sunday night.
No arrests have been made.
