Man Sentenced After Posting Death Threat On Facebook Page

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A Facebook page threat to kill witnesses resulted in a guilty plea in a Philadelphia courtroom this week. The threat grew out of a straw purchase gun conspiracy.
Prosecutor Andrew Wellbrock says 20-year-old Freddie Henriquez pleaded guilty to retaliation against a witness, an act he did on his Facebook page in blunt terms.
"Kill all rats point blank," read the post.
Two months later, that post was followed up by a posting of eight different cell phone pictures of the victim's statement - with her name and all her other information right on his Facebook page - again with the caption of "rats."
Wellbrock says Henriquez now faces a possible sentence of up to seven years in prison.
The original defendant in the straw purchase gun case also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one to two years in prison.
