Man Hospitalized After Being Shot By Police In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Authorities say one man was hospitalized after being shot by police in Philadelphia.
The incident occurred at about 5: 40 p.m. along the 5300 block of Hazelhurst Street.
According to police, officers discharged their weapons while searching for a suspect in an alleyway.
Officials say the man suffered a gunshot wound to the arm and was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.
The incident is being investigated.
