Man Found Fatally Shot Inside Car In East Mount Airy
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a man was fatally shot in Philadelphia's East Mount Airy neighborhood.
Shortly before 2 a.m., a neighbor walking down Hortter Street saw a man shot in his car.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
