Man Found Dead In North Philadelphia Street

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say gunshots rang out in North Philadelphia near 4th and Norris Streets.

Police arrived on the scene at 1:30 a.m. where they found one man dead in the street.

So far, detectives have no suspects and no motive.
