Man Charged In Del. With 4th DUI After Incident At McDonald's
DOVER, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police say a Maryland man has been arrested and charged with his fourth drunken driving offense after a disturbance at a McDonald's restaurant in Dover.
Police say 48-year-old Bryan Gunther of Elkton, Md., was arrested Saturday evening. Troopers had been searching for a car after drivers called police to report an intoxicated driver.
Police say Gunther was found in the McDonald's acting disorderly. Earlier he was reported to be in the drive-thru harassing employees and threatening to ram other cars.
Gunther is charged with drunken driving, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and other offenses.
