Major Traffic Delays On Two Main Thoroughfares Following Two Accidents In Close Proximity
BELLMAWR, NJ (CBS) – There are heavy delays on two local roadways after two accidents in close proximity on Thursday.
The first one, involving an overturned tractor trailer, happened around 4:04 p.m. on I-76 westbound near Exit 1A – NJ 42/I-295 in Bellmawr. There were no injuries.
All lanes are reportedly closed. While a detour is set up, there is a one hour delay.
Nearby on I-295 northbound at Exit 24 - NJ 45 in West Deptford Township, an accident involving at least four vehicles sent one person, a juvenile, to the hospital around 4:30 p.m.
All lanes are closed and north bound traffic is detoured off at Exit 23. There is a 25-30 minute delay.
