PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE - Lulu.
Social networks are starting to break down by gender. Lulu is an app designed for girls, but we're not sure it's a healthy one. It's meant for kids to anonymously rate their male Facebook friends on a scale of 1-10, with breakout categories for things like kissing skills and physical attractiveness.
It's the sort of app that, were the genders reversed, you'd probably have heard about long ago.
