Local Food Stores Remove Popcorn Product Due To Recall

CARLISLE, Pa. (CBS) – Orville Redenbachers Ready-to-Eat Kettle Korn has been recalled due to undeclared milk on the ingredient label.

Giant Food Stores and Martin's Food Markets say they have removed Orville Redenbachers Ready-to-Eat Kettle Korn due to the recall by ConAgra Foods, Inc.

The product was recalled because some bags may have been filled with white cheddar flavored popcorn which contains the milk allergen.

There have been no reports of illnesses thus far, but anyone with an allergy to milk could suffer a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Giant Food Stores and Martin's Food Markets says customers who bought this product should discard it and bring a receipt for a full refund.
