LeSean McCoy Tweets 2,000 Yards In His Sights
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Only seven running backs in NFL history have reached 2,000 yards rushing in one season, the most recent being Adrian Peterson in 2012 when he rushed for 2,097 yards. Eagles running back LeSean McCoy thinks he's poised to become the eighth player to achieve the 2k rushing milestone in 2014, according to his tweet.
McCoy, the reigning NFL rushing champ, accumulated 1,607 yards on 314 carries last year. "Shady" also added 52 catches for for an additional 539 yards.
