Latest Poll Reveals Pres. Obama's Approval Rating Still At Record Low
WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBS) – President Obama's lowest-ever approval rating in early November has been echoed by the most recent survey.
A CBS News poll conducted between Nov.15-18 reveals the President's approval rating is the lowest ever recorded during his tenure.
Just 37% of those surveyed approve of the job President Obama is doing, while 57% disapprove.
In just a month, the President's approval rating dropped nine points.
Similarly, the rocky start of the Affordable Care Act has resulted in a drop in approval. Only 31% of respondents approve of the new initiative – the lowest recorded yet in the CBS polls – and 61% disapprove.
Finally, just 34% of Americans feel confident that the healthcare website's issues will be fixed by Christmas.
CBS News says the poll surveyed 1,010 adults nationwide and the margin of error is +/- 3.
