Lansdowne Theater Shows 'Terrible' Movies on Tuesdays
Today is ''Terrible Tuesday'' at an independent film house in Delaware County, Pa. where moviegoers are encouraged to yell out their comments inside the theater.
KYW's John McDevitt reports film-goers were encouraged to wear sombreros, come dressed to kill, or giant spiders to the screening of 1950s film Mesa of Lost Women, about a mad scientist who creates giant spiders at Zarpa Mesa in Mexico.
David Titus is the owner of cinema 16:9 in Lansdowne. He says terrible movies are shown every Tuesday at 8pm. Admission is $5:
"Terrible Tuesday is an opportunity to get together with a bunch of people watch terrible movies because there are so very many of those and to actually find enjoyment in them."
Tonight's feature -- the 1959 film Hercules Unchained.
