Lansdale Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Teen
LANSDALE, Pa. (CBS) -- A Montgomery County man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teen on two separate occasions.
Investigators also allege Robert Joseph Haley provided the 15-year-old male victim with marijuana and alcohol.
According to police, Haley assaulted the teen at his business, Haley's Printing Center, located at 126 South Broad Street in Lansdale. The other incident took place in Locust Gap, Pennsylvania.
Haley is facing charges of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors, Endangering the Welfare of Children, and Unlawful Contact with a Minor, as well as Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and related charges.
Haley is being held on $50,000 bail.
In addition, investigators said Haley was the target of a drug investigation in February. Marijuana, packaging material, drug sale records, a Smith and Wesson revolver and $1,796 in cash was seized from Haley's business.
