There are several Korean-themed trucks at Temple and this one is the best we've tried so far. The dishes have exotic names – try pronouncing Dak Go Gi Bo Kum. They post pictures and numbers for each dish on the side of the truck so you can figure it all out.

We ordered the Bibimbap, a huge bowl of warm rice covered by six different veggies (mushrooms, julienned cucumber and sprouts and a few, like bellflower root, that we're less familiar with). They toss in a fistful of shredded beef, cover it with sesame oil and red pepper paste, and top the whole thing with a fried egg. To be honest, if looks like a huge plate of leftovers about to be scraped into the sink.

But it tasted delicious. And it was well worth the $7 price. We used the rest of our $10 bill on an eight-ounce side of kimchi, a fermented cabbage dish that's spicy enough to take the paint off a car.
