PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- We're just five days away from Opening Day and a new Phillies season, but let's be honest---no one is eager to talk about the worst team in baseball.

The Flyers and Sixers are finishing their seasons, the Phillies are getting ready to start theirs, but the Eagles still own the city.

3. Marcus Mariota

Well, M-squared isn't in Philly yet, but he sure is one of the most popular sports figures in the city. Will the Eagles trade-up for Mariota? Should they? With the NFL draft just about one month away, all we talk about his Mariota.

In fact, since December 1st, 2014 CBSPhilly.com has published over 20 stories and reports about the reigning Heisman Trophy winning QB.

2. Nerlens Noel

Noel has totaled 243 points, 190 rebounds, 41 steals, and 35 blocks in March. The last player to record at least 200 points, 160 rebounds, 40 steals, and 40 blocks in one month was Hakeem Olajuwon in 1985-86. While Noel fell five blocks short, he has reached all three of the other milestones, putting into perspective how impressive he's been of late.

1. Chip Kelly

No surprise here, as Kelly sits a top the list for the third time and continues to wear the crown as the overall King Of Philadelphia sports.

Now as Eagles GM, Kelly is coming off arguably the most riveting free-agency period in franchise history where he traded the franchise rushing leader in LeSean McCoy and the starting quarterback in Nick Foles. Now, about one month away from his first official draft with complete control, no one knows what to expect from Kelly.
