Join 94WIP's Glen Macnow And Ray Didinger For Movie Night At The Eagles
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — You may not come across two more insightful experts when it comes to sports movies than Glen Macnow and Ray Didinger. Add in a night sitting in the auditorium at the Eagles' NovaCare Complex and you have yourself an evening of great repartee.
Macnow and Didinger will host fourth annual "Sports Movie Night," beginning at 7 p.m. this Friday. Feb. 13 at the NovaCare Complex and it's an event open to the public.
"It's been a great time every year we've had it," Macnow said. "We love doing this with the Eagles and we're going to show some clips, including one of a movie that came out after Ray and I did the book, called 'Goon,' which is a terrific movie about a hockey goon. Not too many people saw it, but it's a terrific movie.
"We'll switch some things up every year. Adding to the fun of having it at the NovaCare Complex is that you're sitting in the same seats as the Eagles players sit in all of the time, great chairs build for people that weigh 350 pounds. Sometimes we get surprise guests and it's a lot of fun."
Tickets are $50 (which includes The Ultimate Book of Sports Movies, a $20 value) and benefit a great cause, going towards the Eagles Youth Partnership. Tickets can be purchased through this link: http://events.lincolnfinancialfield.com/radiothon/
