Joel Embiid Wins NBA Players Association Comeback Player Of Year
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Sixers center Joel Embiid is the NBA Players Association Comeback Player of the Year.
Embiid returned to the court after missing his first two years with foot injuries.
Embiid averaged 20.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks in 25.4 minutes per game. However, he suffered a knee injury in January ending his season after just 31 games. Embiid said the injury is much more minor that originally believed.
Embiid also won best social media follower, which was a no brainer.
