Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Shuts Down I-95 SB Near Cottman Ave.
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—A jackknifed tractor trailer caused major delays this morning on I-95.
It happened between Cottman and Academy Avenues.
All lanes were blocked in the southbound directs for more than an hour while crews cleared the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
