Traffic Trouble On The Schuylkill Expressway
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- A tractor trailer jackknifed on the Schuylkill Expressway early Tuesday morning, blocking traffic.
It happened just after 4am in the westbound lanes of I-76 at University Ave. All lanes were blocked while crews work to reopen the road.

The tractor trailer was moved off to the scene about an hour and a half later.
On the eastbound side, another accident caused lanes to be shut down.

All lanes of I-76 were reopened later in the morning.
