It's The Second Annual Bags And Bubbles Holiday Event At The Oyster House

Philadelphia (CBS) - Craving oysters and a glass of bubbly while out grabbing gifts?
Owner Sam Mink explains what goes on at the Oyster House on Saturdays in December.
"It's an exciting way to take a break while you are out holiday shopping. Come in and enjoy some sparkling wine and a half dozen oysters."
The glass of prosseco and oysters are $15, and Bags and Bubbles goes from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
And if you happen to still be hungry, Mink suggests staying for brunch.
"We have our brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays, which has a lot of exciting fish brunch type items that you can't find in other restaurants."
While street parking is free during the holiday season, you can get your parking validated at the restaurant and use the lot across the street, then stay all day and night for $10.
And here's another cool thing about Bags and Bubbles: You don't have to be shopping to take advantage of this special.
Mink also points out if you can't make it in on a Saturday, don't forget about their buck-a-shuck happy hour.
"During the week from Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., we have oyster hour - a special in the bar area. We serve one of our oysters for $1, we have some drink specials as well--like $3 drafts--and then on Saturday from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., we repeat the same happy hour.
