Investigation Underway After Person Struck By Trolley In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating after a person was struck by a trolley in North Philadelphia Sunday.
The accident happened at 4th and Girard around 11 p.m.
The victim was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital in an unknown condition.
