PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Popular social media app Instagram made a big announcement Wednesday!
The company announced the launch of IGTV.
It's a platform that lets users share videos up to an hour long.

That's a big shift from the current 60-second limit.
The company says over the next few weeks it'll begin rolling out a stand-alone IGTV app and an IGTV feature within the existing Instagram app.
