I-95 Southbound Reopened At Girard Point Bridge
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police have cleared all lanes of Southbound I-95 at the Girard Point Bridge after a multi-vehicle crash that occurred just before 6 a.m.
A vehicle was abandoned in the right-hand lane and, as other drivers approached, they were forced to swerve to avoid it, causing a multiple-vehicle accident.
