Pennsylvania:
A mandatory evacuation has been ordered for residents of Parker Manor in Chester City.
New Jersey:
A mandatory evacuation has been put into affect for the Barrier Islands beginning at 4 p.m. Sunday.
Delaware:
A mandatory evacuation has been put into affect for Southeast Wilmington beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday.
